Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys dealer base and ensure performance

Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and coach on SPIN

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team and execute

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Leader to help us meet our Dealer Development , key account sales and revenue growth targets. This position will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans as per SPIN Sales Methodology, develop annual budget and justifying those to plans to the upper management for approval and execute the sales plan post execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree on Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred., 7-12 years of total work experience with good academic scores.

worked for any company in automobile industry or consumer internet company in the sales position

3+ years' of sales leadership experience

5+ years' of experience in sales

Strong leadership skills

Strong Network in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
