Inside Sales Manager
Role Overview
To support the dealership in converting leads to bookings through inbound sales support, customer follow-ups, and smooth post-sales delivery coordination. This hybrid role ensures a great buying and post-delivery experience, combining inside sales with basic service advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
• Through calling, showroom walk-ins, and online digital acquire leads
• Educate customers on EV features, models, subsidies, and financing options.
• Book test rides and follow up to drive conversion.
• Assist in documentation for booking and delivery (ID, RTO, finance papers).
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM tools or Excel logs.
• Track follow-up dates, test ride status, and conversion rates.
• Generate simple daily reports for dealership management.
Delivery & Service Coordination
• Support delivery day operations: registration, PDI checklist, handover walkthrough.
• Educate customers on app usage, charging basics, and service schedule.
• Send first service reminders and log feedback calls after 7–10 days.
Customer Experience
• Handle post-delivery basic queries (e.g., how to start, charging FAQs).
• Escalate technical complaints to the service team promptly.
• Maintain high CSAT by being the customer’s first point of contact post-sale.
Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Skills:
• Good communication in local language + basic English.
• Polite, customer-focused attitude.
• Able to explain technical points in simple words.
• Basic knowledge of EVs and two-wheelers is a plus (training will be provided).
Tools:
• Familiar with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM apps (training provided if new).
